Inspired by NY abstract expressionist Anne Ryan's 'Blue Mood', this layered collage of resin is supported by a butterfly stair structure suspended between the walls that frame the work. Designed within the strict integrity of the existing midcentury context, the stair creates a defining circulation element within the project. This layered collage of resin is carefully articulated and supported by multiple points along the center supported tread structure and rail components.
