residential remodel, new construction, landscape design and restoration
Situated on a one acre site, this multiyear project included a full house remodel, a new pool and pool house with rooftop solar, multiple outdoor seating areas, a gas fire pit and bocci ball court. Design emphasis was placed on indoor/outdoor living with pocketing doors that completely opened the living space on both sides. We sought a warm, inviting and relaxing environment for clients to entertain, celebrate and gather with extended family and friends.
In addition to a new pool and septic system, the entire landscape was redesigned, restoring native California habitat along a riparian corridor. Immediately after restoration, quail, hummingbirds, reptiles, deer and other native species repopulated the space.
