nested in a community of homogenous and repetitive forms, this forest canopy of faceted leaves rises from its deconstructed structure to provide partial shade through its ever changing shadows. vertical glass elements define reflective spaces throughout the setting.

the canopy consists of folded, raw steel leaf plates interspersed with accent leaves of bamboo plywood. steel framed awning and spatial divider elements are glazed with glass panels encapsulating either colored leaves or cherry wood veneers.
